• Family Forest by Kim Kane. Families come in all shapes and sizes. While some kids have a family tree, others have a family forest!
• Mirror by Jeanie Baker. This picture book has two stories designed to be read together — one from the left, the other from the right. Page by page, we experience a day in the lives of two boys and their families: an Australian family, and a family from a faraway country with a way of life more different than one can imagine.
